Welcome to the Treveague Campsite Ltd online booking and information platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform to make bookings, access information, or otherwise interact with us, you ("you" or "Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your relationship with Treveague Campsite Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 8816150 and whose registered office is at Treveague Campsite, Gorran, St Austell, Cornwall, PL266NY ("Treveague Campsite," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Online ordering and Payment

• Ordering: All Orders are subject to availability and our confirmation. The ordering process is outlined on our Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during the booking process. We are not able to accept orders made over the telephone.
• Payment: Details of our pricing, payment methods, and deposit requirements (if any) are available on our Platform. By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Final balances are due as specified in your order.
• Pricing: All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
• Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us via email or through the Platform. Please check your confirmation carefully upon receipt.

3. Collection

All orders are to be collected by yourself from Treveague Campsite, Gorran, St Austell, Cornwall, PL266NY.

4. Errors

Please check your order when you collect it as errors can not be accepted once the food has left our Reception building.

5. Allergens

All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens are present. If you have a severe allergy please always speak to a staff member before ordering, as we may not be able to meet your requirements. Please note we are cautious to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces of an allergen as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen. Our dish descriptions do not include all of the ingredients used to make the dish. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please speak to a staff member before placing an order. Full allergen information is available based on information from our suppliers.

Food from our takeaway that is picked up should be consumed immediately. Take-out foods purchased in advance for eating later should be maintained at proper temperatures until eaten. We are not able to guarantee the food safety, temperature, or quality once it leaves our takeaway and you are responsible for picking up food promptly to keep our food fresh and safe.
